    I have over 40 years of business experience, working in many countries around the world at various levels and 15 years at c-suite level.

    Having discovered the power of coaching first hand, in my own business life, I have used this experience to create a new chapter for myself and my family on our sheep farm in Somerset.

    I am an Gallup certified CliftonStrengths™ Coach and I am also an Association for Coaching accredited Executive Coach.

    I am excited to bring my business and coaching skills to help facilitate meaningful transformation in the lives and businesses of our clients.

    With over 15 years of business experience, from public sector to PLC. I have worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles, with a strong focus on communication and creativity.

    Since my first coaching training almost a decade ago, I have used those skills daily in both work and life.

    Working with some of the biggest FMCG businesses in the UK, my coaching and NLP skills have been integral to my role.

    I am accredited with International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching Qualifications as well as being accredited with the American Board or Neurolinguistic Programming.

    My passion is supporting the personal growth and development of the individuals, and creating teams that are stronger and more dynamic than the sum of their parts.
