Our journeys have seen us launching well-known brands and businesses here in the UK and across the globe. From Start-Up to Multi-National and almost everything in between, Jerry and Austin have worked in Marketing, Sales and C-Suite roles. They joined forces because of their shared passion for the transformative power of coaching.
Their strengths coaching programme is backed by science and refined by experience. With International Coaching Federation, Association for Coaching, Gallup CliftonStrengths and Neuro Linguistic Programming Qualifications, this team blend the best of all their resources with a pinch of pragmatism.

Jerry NAish
With over 15 years of experience in business, from public sector to PLC, from family business to academic institution, I have a wide and varied portfolio. I have worked across both sales and marketing teams, always with a strong focus on communication and creativity.
Almost a decade since my first coaching training, I have used those techniques daily in the corporate world. Working with some of the biggest FMCG businesses in the UK.
I’ve grown and launched brands both nationally and internationally, however, the work I am most proud of is the teams that I have helped to create and the personal growth journeys that I have had the the privilege of supporting.
Creating teams that are stronger and more dynamic than the sum of their parts is my passion.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching and have my Accredited Award in Coaching training. I have International Coaching Federation Level 1 qualification and I am an Accredited Performance Coach.
I hold qualifications in NLP and Hypnosis, I am an ABNLP accredited Coach Practitioner and and An ABH Hypnosis practitioner.
I undertake regular CPD and I enjoy learning new skills, so who knows what will be next in the portfolio!
austin blair
I have over 40 years of business experience, working in many countries around the world, at various levels, most recently as CEO of an International Insurance Company.
Having created several industry leading companies, I have over 15 years experience in business at a C-suite level, creating successful, Corporate Management teams, supervising Board Governance and driving employee development, alongside my experience in coaching.
My coaching approach uses a strengths based, dynamic framework, to facilitate personal and corporate development, using my business and coaching experience to help you to grow and thrive.
I am an accredited Executive Coach, with the Association for Coaching. I have experience in coaching both individuals and executive teams.
